Reservation instructions:
In order to be proceeded the reservation should be made no less than 1 working day prior to the date of the service.
Penalties
The cancellation of the confirmed booking 1 day prior to the date of the service – 100 % of the service cost.
Any amendment (date, flight, name etc) of the confirmed booking is considered as a new one while the original booking is cancelled.
Comments
The reservation of VIP service is made for the regular flights only.
The client should arrive to the VIP lounge not earlier than 1,5 hour and not less than 40 minutes before departure time.
